My wife and I had to redo our will and trust after moving here from Nevada. It could not have gone any smoother!! We had been procrastinating having this done because our last encounter we had in Nevada was not a great experience. Everyone in Leroy Peterson office was so nice and friendly. I worked with Leroy Peterson Law on a probate case. I live out of state, but this was handled in Omaha. The group at the firm was wonderful. Early consultation with LeRoy was clear and he set out what the expectations would be as well as the timing. Very helpful. After that point I worked with Lisa Long. She handled all the day-to-day needs - communication, paperwork and filing legal documents with the court. She was super to work with. She kept me updated in a timely fashion and alerted me as key documents came due in terms of signatures, notarizing, etc. All in all a very smooth process and I appreciate the help of everyone I worked with at the firm. I highly recommend this firm.

My wife and I met with Mr. Peterson to go review our estate planning, which included a Trust as well as a Will and Power Of Attorney. He was extremely professional, and provided us with real life scenarios of why we would need or not need certain estate planning products. We were very happy with our overall experience, including Leroy’s employees, who were very nice and helpful during the process. We highly recommend Leroy Peterson and his services! We even had our parents see Leroy for estate planning…..and they were just as happy with their experience as we were. Leroy and his Legal Team run a 10 star law firm!
